DESIGN BLUEPRINT
- 1. It takes 2-3 weeks
to complete the body design blueprint-- a delicately
balanced and choreographed system of movements with
weights designed to achieve your perfect body in
addition to correcting musculoskeletal problems and
removing the causative factors in overuse injuries.

THE
INITIAL PRESENTATION
- 1. Your
body design blueprint
is introduced and
demonstrated at the gym with your trainer personally
assigned and instructed by Stephen.
5.
PRELIMINARY IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
- 1. Additional sessions
with your assigned trainer.
2. You are shown how to read and implement your
individual design blueprint.
3. You implement your personal program solo.
6.
STEPHEN
DOES THE FINAL TRANSFER
OF THE BODY DESIGN BLUEPRINT
- 1. This session is a
thorough check of your information. blueprint that
is designed to achieve your fitness goals, sculpt
your body and make your dream a reality.
7.
MAIN
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
- 1. You mail in monthly
progress report calendars for careful review by
Stephen. The report contains how many hours spent,
implementing the design process and the weight
amounts and repetitions set during the sessions.
2. Stephen gives written or verbal
instructions/corrections for implementation as
needed.
3. Stephen is available at any time during this
phase to answer questions or concerns.
4. You continue to work at your own pace.
8.
PHOTOGRAPHIC PROGRESS REPORTS
- 1. Photographic records
are made every three to six months.
9.
YOUR
PERFECT BODY IS ACHIEVED
- 1. CONGRATULATIONS!
2. Stephen is available to answer any questions or
concerns.
3. Your paperwork is retained for one year.
10.
MAINTAINING YOUR PERFECT BODY
- 1. You will continue to
indefinitely maintain your perfect body by
continuing your workouts.
2. Less time in the gym is needed once maintenance
is achieved.
3. Life is sweeter now that you have achieved your
goal.
