The initial
interview. Once you understand the fundamental
difference between a body designer and a personal trainer, you are
ready to take the first step: an initial personal interview. During
the initial interview, Stephen will ask you to relate your personal
history and to share your dream of fitness and well-being with him.
He will address your personal concerns, answer any questions you
have, relate success stories of past students and show you before
and after photos of men and women he has helped. The photos will
clearly illustrate to you what sort of specific musculoskeletal
modifications are possible in your case. He will then take your
personal physique photos in a two-piece bathing suit (no leotards),
which will enable him to assess your condition.
The follow-up interview.
The follow-up interview will be a unique experience. You will see
yourself in the same poses as you saw the former students. Stephen will
show you specifically what areas of your body need to be developed,
sculpted, corrected. He will show you exactly how the

will rectify the skeleton through strengthening of the attached muscles,
improve posture and bring the body into alignment. This new balance will
dramatically change how you walk and carry yourself through space. He
will point out things about your body that you never noticed, showing
you how the RxT+ Factor System of
Body Design
can achieve incredible results in less than three months.
Through the unique formula enfolded in each exercise, you will see in
photographs how it is possible to alter the shape of the body that
before you thought was impossible, for example, to create a waistline on
a woman who never had one before.
Getting started.
Deciding to go with the
Hercy RxT+ Factor System of Body Design
is to present yourself with a personal challenge: you will
forget those flirtatious thoughts you had about liposuction and cosmetic
surgery and become excited about what you can do for yourself. While
Stephen is working on your personal formula, he will ask you to track
your eating patterns for a week so that he can see whether or not your
nutrition will give appropriate support to your weight-training program.
Presentation of your body
design blueprint and the implementation phase. When your
blueprint is ready, you will go to the gym with a trainer whom Stephen
has personally assigned and prepared to introduce you to your program.
Your trainer will take you through your workout, explaining in detail
what you are to do, demonstrating the movements, and paying meticulous
attention to your form as you experience trying it out. He or she will
be in constant contact with Stephen, who will take account of your
experience in the gym as he perfects the formula for you and advises you
on proper nutritional and vitamin supplements for your workout.
Main implementation phase.
After your training sessions are complete, you will feel
confident and focused. You will walk into to gym knowing exactly what
you are there for. In the midst of a place like Gold’s Gym you will feel
like a professional: disciplined, patient and joyful, knowing that you
have indeed found the answer to achieving your dream. The
Hercy RxT+ Factor System of Body Design
gives you the knowledge by way of the blueprint design that
allows you to work at your own pace and independently of a personal
trainer. You will have gone beyond performance by learning the process
of performance. It is this process that will teach you to listen to your
body and to heed its messages to you. If an exercise doesn’t feel just
right, you will know to contact Stephen and discuss the problem with him
so that he can modify the movements to a comfortable level for you.
Your strength will increase quickly; you will begin to see results in
two weeks. You might even solicit compliments from the eminent
body-builders with whom you will sometimes work on the machines!
If any problems arise, you know that Stephen is as close as your
phone. He will respond quickly and efficiently, correcting and modifying
the exercise as needed. The program experience has been described by his
students as “delicious” or like “the best lover you ever had.” It is
truly amazing to experience the difference. As a woman, you will be able
to escape from your thinking side, which causes stress and emotional
trauma that leads to medical problems and cravings for the wrong foods,
and revert to your feeling side. The roller coaster effects of estrogen
in your body will subside as you work out. Chemicals that are released
from the brain during exercise, called endorphins, will be released,

beginning to end.
Staying motivated:
Calendar keeping photographic progress reports.
As you continue your program, Stephen will pay close attention to your
progress through the monthly calendar you keep and send to him along
with copies of your program on which you have made notes. He will
encourage you to keep him informed about every aspect of your program so
that if problems arise, he can assist you in finding proper solutions.
Should you need nutritional, medical or spiritual guidance, he will
direct you to individuals and/or products that he personally uses and
endorses. You will feel cared for and loved in a way that no
performance-oriented personal trainer can make you feel because you are
in charge. The feelings of addiction and guilt that gnawed at you and
probably undermined your attitude towards going to the gym will be
replaced by feelings of independence and strength. After three or four
months he will take follow-up photos, and you will see how your efforts
have paid off.
A word to the wise... Sometimes a woman doesn’t take care of herself. There are many reasons
for this, but the problem usually boils down to some addiction whose

BECOMING YOUR OWN TRAINER:

design program, writing down what you do every day will enable you to
see your progress. By keeping your calendar and sending it to Stephen
every month along with your comments, questions and observations, you
will become your own trainer. Your independence will boost your
self-esteem tremendously, and you will know that you can do it. At the
same time you will understand that you are never alone. Your designer
has now become your guide, and will modify your program according to
your needs as reflected in your comments to him.
As your confidence increases, you are likely to find that once the
subtrainer has worked through everything with you in the gym and
discussed with Stephen the fine-tuning of your program, you are quite
prepared to become your own trainer and coach. However, Stephen realizes
that everyone has a different level of need when it comes to learning
how to execute the exercises properly, so if you feel that you need
additional training, provision can be made for the trainer to stay on at
an hourly rate for as long as necessary.
